A Small Water Drinking System course is required every 2 years for compliancy our directive from PPH.

The cost is around $400 and must be attended in person for 8 hrs.  SDWS Courses are available throughout the year in different locations.

The pavilion water must be tested 2 times a season. 1)mid July and 2) mid September and taken to SGS in Lakefield. 185 Concession St. Lakefield phone 705-652-2000

We test for total coliforms and E. coli.

A copy of the Walkerton Rules hangs in the pump room.

Keep a supply of proper testing water bottles (from SGS) 

Complete the SGS form = Request for Laboratory Services and SCC-specific SDWA/HPPA 1st party)

Hand in water sample and form within 4 hrs.

If not compliant – fines issued between $5k and $25k
