JOCELYN WYATT
PRESIDENT
Jocelyn is a retired chemical engineer with over 30 years of broad-based leadership in Operations, Risk Management, Commercial Finance, and Engineering. Long time Stoney Laker (1972). Actively involved in USLA events over many years. Passions are sailing, kayaking, golfing, swimming, cross country skiing. Currently full-time resident in Young’s Bay on Upper Stoney Lake.
VIRGINIA (GINNY) BOSOMWORTH
SECRETARY
Ginny is a retired executive having worked in both the financial services and consulting industries in a variety of functions to include sales leadership, operations management and as a human resources executive. In addition, she has served on several not for profit boards. Her family ties to Stoney Lake date back to 1947 when her grandparents were the first guests of the Irwin Inn and now as a cottage owner (since 2006). Her extended family is the fifth generation on the lake!
JAMIESON COCHRANE
ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR
Jamieson embraces fun as a way of life, organizing many personal events such as themed parties, his own wedding, Halloween costumes, and his semi-annual 12-hour birthday PATHcrawl through Toronto's massive underground. He has shared his enthusiasm for social engagement and community building at his past workplaces MuchMusic, Spin Master toys, and BATL Axe Throwing.

KIM FARWELL
TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR
Kim has deep roots at Stoney — her family has been on the lake for over 50 years. Every moment she gets, she's on the paddleboard with her dog Sam exploring the lake and socializing on the docks. She has worked and lived abroad across Canada, Australia, London, and Hong Kong, and is now based in downtown Toronto.
SUSAN PIRIE
MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
As Membership Director for the Upper Stoney Lake Association, I’m proud to give back to a lake that gives me so much. My Lakehouse is my sanctuary—where I soak in the peace, paddle the shoreline, and reconnect with nature. I’m passionate about preserving this way of life and strengthening our vibrant lake community.
JAN COWIE
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Jan‘s family made Stoney Lake part of their life in 1981 and her and her husband Ian have made Eel's Creek their permanent home since 2008. Jan balanced family time while working in accounting in banks and a car dealership. She has volunteered for many years as leader, commissioner and treasurer with the Girl Guides, treasurer for Pontypool United Church and is treasurer for the AACA car club.
DONNA RORK
PAVILION DIRECTOR
Donna lives and plays on Stoney Lake. She enjoys wing skiing, snowmobiling, and ice boating in winter, and waterskiing, paddleboarding, and wing foiling in summer. She is responsible for managing the pavilion along with capital projects and fundraising for them. She believes strongly in the values of the USLA and “Stands up for Stoney”, the pavilion (the heartbeat of our association), and the legacy for generations to come.
BOB FROESE
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Bob is the proud father of three daughters and a long-time member of the Upper Stoney Lake community, where he and his family have spent their summers on Salmon Island for more than 20 years.
Bob cares deeply about protecting the natural beauty and community spirit of the lake, and is passionate about supporting the work of the USLA to ensure Upper Stoney remains a special place for generations to come.
BEN PIRIE
DIRECTOR AT LARGE
Mike placed 3rd in the 1975 Boy's Tadpole Swim, and was the USLA's head swimming instructor in 1985. He grew up spending his summers, along with three older brothers, on Stoney Lake, and has founded pharmaceutical companies that develop therapies for tumors.

DAVID NOLAN
ENVIRONMENT DIRECTOR
David Nolan is a lifelong member of the Stoney Lake community and founder of Sixpenny Architectural Fabrication. With a background in engineering and design, he brings a practical, solutions-focused perspective to lake stewardship.
